Sastojci;
200 g kukuruza
1/2 konzerve crvenog graha
1 mala glava crvenog luka
1 zelena paprika
1 ljuta crvena paprika
1 srednje velika rajčica
1 avokado
1/2 šolje peršina
1 limeta, samo sok
1/3 šalice maslinovog ulja
1 češanj češnjaka
po ukusu sol, biber

Operite konzervirani crveni grah i ostavite da se ocijedi. Sitno nasjeckajte luk. Papriku nasjeckajte na male kockice, a ljutu papričicu na tanke krugove. Sjeckajte peršin vrlo sitno. Pomiješajte u velikoj posudi.
Za preljev pomiješajte ulje, iscijeđeni sok limete, protisnuti češnjak, sol i papar. Prelijte povrćem i dobro promiješajte.
Ogulite avokado i narežite ga na kockice. Narežite paradajz na kockice. Dodajte ih u salatu i pažljivo promiješajte da ne zdrobite avokado.
