Domaća sarma od kiselog kupusa

1-2 glavice kupusa
300g mlevenog mesa
1/2 šolje pirinča
malo ulja za prženje
1 luk

Nalijte ulje u šerpu na vatru i sačekajte da se zagrije. Na ulje stavite nasjeckani luk, mljeveno meso i pržite. Dodajte pirinač i još malo pržite. Maknite s vatre i počnite puniti listove kupusa. Povremeno dodajte po veliku kašiku pržene smjese na svaki list, pa ga preklopite. Savijenu sarmu prekriti listovima kiselog kupusa, naliti vodu i dodati lovorov list, sol i biber po ukusu u sarmu. Stavite na vatru dok sarma ne prokljuca temperatura moze biti veca, temperatura se smanjuje i vrije 3 sata. Gotovu sarmu zaprziti.
Zagrejati ulje, dodati brasno uz neprestano mesanje. Kad brasno dobije blagu zuckastu boju, skloniti sa ringle i dodati papriku (paprika ne treba da se przi jer hoce da gorci). Preliti preko gotove sarme.
