Fish burgeri

Sastojci:

1 kg mlevenog ribljeg mesa – možete da ga kupite u ribarnici, samo zatražite, jer se ona ne drži u vitrinama, ili ako nemaju poručite
1 ravna kašika suvog začina
1 puna kašičica bibera
1 ravna kašičica belog luka u granulama
1 puna kašičica crvene mlevene paprike
1 puna kašika sušenog peršunovog lista
2 pune kašike fanta – začina za riblju čorbu – ovaj deo je opcion, moja deca su pristalice blažeg ukusa pa ga nekad ni ne stavim, ko voli jači ukus, začinjeniji neka slobodno stavi
na vrh kašičice soli ili ne dodavati, zavisi koliko slano volite, bolje je probati bez jer dodali smo već suvi začin i fant u kojem ima soli
3 kašike prezle ( hlebne mrvice )
na vrh kašičice sode bikarbone
brašno, jaje i mrvice za pohovanje.

Priprema:

Riba ako je poluzaledjena sačekati da se odledi, pa joj dodavati gore navedene sastojke.

Hlebne mrvice ovde služe da pokupe višak vode i da pljeskavice se lako oblikuju.

Dobro rukom izmesiti, da se dobije kompaktna masa i da je boje ujednače. To ćete sami videti, prvo će se razlikovati riblje meso od začina, ali kada dobro umesite sve će biti iste boje, neke svetlo crvene, tamno narandžaste.

Ja sam izuzela fant, pa su svetlije, sa veoma malo crvene paprike.

Oblikovati zatim loptice.

Uzeti jednu čistu kesu ili celofan i presaviti ga na pola.

Otvoriti, pa na jednoj polovini, tačno na sredini kese četkicom naneti jednu tačku ulja, staviti kuglicu, pa i nju samo dodirnuti četkicom. Preklopiti kesom i stisnut tanjirom, donjom stranom. Paziti samo da ne pretanjite previše, treba da su izmedju 5 – 10 milimetara.

Onda uzmete širu čašu ili modlu za krofne i izvadite pravilan krug. Ono što vam je preostalo sakupite na gomilu pa od više pljeskavica i ostataka dobićete na kraju još jednu ili dve pljeskavice.

Pljeskavice možete oblikovati i rukom.fish burgeri

Slagati ih na tacnu posutu brašnom i onda tacnu staviti u zamrzivač na sat vremena.

Ja sam dobila 3 ovakve tacne od jednog kilograma ribe. 21 komad.

Posle sat vremena staviti ulje za pečenje da se zagreje pa uvaljati u brašno, jaje pa mrvice ili u posno pohovanje, kako god da ste odlučili i peći na srednjoj do jačoj vatri dok ne porumene.

Pečene burgere ocediti na ubrusu i poslužiti tople.
