Sastojci:
- 2 500 g brašna
- 500 g kiselog mleka
- 300 g kisele vode
- sol po ukusu
- 1 jaje
Način pripreme:
- Po potrebi polako dodajte vodu u brašno dok ne dobijete tanku kašu kao za palačinke
- Nalijte 3 kašičice tijesta u pleh i poškropite uljem
- Uz dobro zagrijane vrške s roštilja poklopite i pecite.
- Pečenu koru poprskajte uljem
- Ponovite isti postupak sa ostatkom tijesta, dok se cijelo tijesto ne potroši
- Nakon poslednje kore, poprskajte je uljem i isecite kao na slici
- Prekrijte vrhom i pecite tiho još 1 sat
