Juha puna zdravlja – brza i ukusna

SASTOJCI:
1 luk
400 g bijele piletine
400 g brokule
2 mrkve
200 ml pavlake za kuhanje
lijevo
suvi začin
biber
ulje
nasjeckani peršin


NAČIN PRIPREME:
Na ulju popržite nasjeckani luk i dodajte na kockice narezano meso, kratko pržite da se oljušti.
Ulijte oko 1,5 litre vode, dodajte usitnjenu brokulu u cvijeće, začinite po ukusu.
Kuvajte oko 30 minuta, a pred kraj dodajte pavlaku.
