Losos u umaku od marinade i limete


  • 4 komada lososa
  • 1 kreč
  • 2 kašike maslinovog ulja po ukusu sol, biber
    Za sos
  • 200 gr. čvrsti jogurt
  • 50 gr. majoneza
  • 1/2 kašičice mlevene kurkume
  • 1/2 limete (sok i naribana kora po ukusu mleveni beli biber
  • 2-3 kašike nasjeckanog peršina

Losos začinite solju, paprom ili drugim začinima po ukusu. Dodajte maslinovo ulje i sok limete i ostavite losos da se marinira oko 1 sat. Zatim ga pecite u pećnici ili na gril tavi.  Za umak jednostavno pomiješajte sve sastojke žlicom i poslužite s lososom.
