- 2 kg. paradajz
- 3 kg. paprike
- 200 gr. ljuta paprika
- 100 g soli
- 200 ml ulje
- 50 ml alkoholno sirće
- 50 gr. šećer
- 6 čena belog luka
- 1 kašika sušenog peršina
- 5 gr. konzervans
NAČIN PRIPREME:
- Paradajz operite i izrežite, sameljite u mašini za mljevenje mesa.
- Stavite u lonac sa šećerom, uljem, solju i octom i dinstajte 45 minuta.
- Operite i očistite papriku i papriku, sitno nasjeckajte češnjak.
- Mletite zajedno u mlinu za meso, a zatim stavite u lonac, promiješajte i zajedno kuhajte na umjerenoj vatri 90 minuta.
