Lutenica

SASTOJCI:

  • 2 kg. paradajz
  • 3 kg. paprike
  • 200 gr. ljuta paprika
  • 100 g soli
  • 200 ml ulje
  • 50 ml alkoholno sirće
  • 50 gr. šećer
  • 6 čena belog luka
  • 1 kašika sušenog peršina
  • 5 gr. konzervans

    NAČIN PRIPREME:

  • Paradajz operite i izrežite, sameljite u mašini za mljevenje mesa.
  • Stavite u lonac sa šećerom, uljem, solju i octom i dinstajte 45 minuta.
  • Operite i očistite papriku i papriku, sitno nasjeckajte češnjak.
  • Mletite zajedno u mlinu za meso, a zatim stavite u lonac, promiješajte i zajedno kuhajte na umjerenoj vatri 90 minuta.
  • Dodajte peršin i maknite s vatre, a zatim dodajte konzervans i promiješajte.
  • Stavite u tegle, zatvorite i ohladite lutenicu.
