Malidžano

Sastojci:
Patlidžan od 4 kg
4kg pečene zelene paprike za pečenje
1l suncokretovog ulja
150 – 200ml vinskog sirćeta
200g šećera
150g senfa
Sol po želji

Pecite patlidžane i papriku.

Ostavite ih da se ohlade, a zatim ih ogulite i očistite papriku od sjemenki.

Sameljite ih u mašini za mljevenje mesa.

Zagrijte ulje, a zatim dodajte mlevenu papriku i patlidžan.

Pržite ih otprilike sat i pol.

Na kraju prženja dodajte ocat, senf, sol i šećer.

Ovisno o ukusu, dodajte ocat, neki žele da recept bude kiseliji, a drugi manje.

Dok je smjesa još vruća, polako je dodavajte u vruće staklenke i čuvajte za zimu.
