Manastirska torta (posna, veganska)

Sastojci
400ml vode
12g.l. Šećer
20g Brašno
1 pecivo (dmBio)
1ml Soda bikarbona
8g.l. Orasi (4g mljevenog, 4g sjeckanog)
4g.l. Marmelada
Jer odozgo
4g.l. Marmelada
4g.l. Nuts

Miješajte sve sastojke dok ne dobijete homogenu smjesu. Ovu smjesu izlijte na papir za pečenje (ili ako poste s uljem u podmazanom, zatim pobrašnjenom plehu (broj 28) i pecite na 190 stepeni oko 30 minuta, ali ipak provjerite čačkalicom). Odmah premažite marmeladom, a zatim na vrh stavite orahe (smrvljene ili sjeckane – po vašem ukusu).
