Miješana salata

9 kg povrća (kupus, paprika, zeleni paradajz, šargarepa, luk …)
1 litar octa
3 litre vode
1 vinska čaša (10 g)
150 g soli
200 g šećera

Dobro oprati povrće. Kupus naribajte, a papriku i zeleni paradajz narežite na tanke ploške, odnosno listove. Sve stavite u veliku posudu i dobro promiješajte.

Pomiješajte sirće, vodu, šećer, sol i vino i odmah prelijte povrće. Promiješajte malo … Čini se da ima malo tekućine, ali za deset minuta povrće će “pasti”. Neka odstoji 24 sata.

Nakon 24 sata salatu stavite u dobro oprane tegle. Važno je dobro iscijediti kako u teglama ne bi ostala tekućina.
