Piletina iz rerne

Sastojci:

1 kg pilećeg mesa – koristila sam batake i zabatke
1 kašika suvog začina
1/2 kašike crvene, mlevene paprike
1/2 kašičice bibera
1/2 kašičice kurkume
1/2 kašičice karija
na vrh kašičice belog luka u granulama
1 kašika sušenog peršunovog lista
100 ml ulja
250 ml vode

Priprema:

Uključiti rernu da se zagreva na 200 stepeni.

Batake odvojiti od zabatka, odstraniti ako ima više masnoće na njima nego što bi trebalo i zaseći malo meso ukoliko je na nekim mestima baš debelo ili oko kosti.

Pomešati sve začine. Možete dodati još neke ukoliko ih volite.

Poslagati batake i zabatke u tepsiju, tako da budu jedan do drugog. Nemojte uzeti preveliku tepsiju, jer će se tad masnoća od pečenja i voda koju dodajemo rasplinuti po celoj tepsiji i biće ih malo i brzo će ispariti, uzmite manju tepsiju.

Posuti bogato sa jedne strane batake i zabatke, pa okrenuti i posuti mešavinom začina i sa druge strane.

Usuti ulje i vodu, polako sastrane, kako se ne bi začini prelili koji su gore i staviti da se peče u rernu 30 minuta.

Nakon 30 minuta okrenuti piletinu i peći još 30 minuta.

Na kraju, odgore treba da vam je strana na kojoj je kožica kako bi se lepo zapekla.
