Pohovani luk

5 glavica crnog luka
2 dl mleka
100 g brašna
2 jajeta
100 g prezli
100 g kukuruznog brašna

Luk iseći na kolutove i razdvojiti. U posudu sipati mleko i u to staviti kolutove luka. Ostaviti 15 minuta da odstoji. Jaja umutiti i dodati so. Prezle pomešati sa kukuruznim brašnom. Kolutove luka valjati u brašno, pa u jaja pa u mešavinu prezli i kukuruznog brašna. Pržiti u dubokoj masnoći.
