Posne krofne

1kg brašna
40g kvasca
300 ml mlake vode
200 ml kisele vode
100 ml ulja
2 kašike šećera
2 vrećice vanilin šećera
kora limuna
kora naranče
1 kašika soli
ulje za prženje krofni

U dublju tavu stavite kvasac, kašičicu šećera i kašiku brašna, pomiješajte ga s malo mlake vode i ostavite kvasac da se digne, a zatim dodajte ulje, vodu, kiselu vodu, šećer, naribanu limunovu koru i naranču, kao i vanilin šećer i umijesite lijepo tijesto sa brašnom.
Brašno se dodaje malo po malo, zajedno sa solju.
