Punjena piletina

500 g piletina
1 kromid
100 g slanine
250 g šampinjona
2 kašike maslaca
2 kašike brašna
250 ml mleka
sol, biber

Na ulju popržite sitno sjeckani kromid, dodajte sjeckanu slaninu i na kraju sjeckane listove gljiva. Pripremite bešamel sos. Otopite puter u šerpi na ringli. Dodajte brašno i pržite ga. Počnite polako sipati mlijeko uz stalno miješanje. Kuhajte dok se ne zgusne. Piletina narežite na kriške i tanko ih sameljite. Na svaki odrezak stavite mješavinu gljiva i umaka od slanine i bešamela i zamotajte ih kao kiflice. Složite ih u podmazan pleh.Stavite ih u zagrijanu rernu na 220 stepeni Celzijusa na oko 20 minuta.
