Strawberry cake – gluten free

Ingredients


First layer
4 egg whites (140 gr)
140 g of sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cream
4 egg yolks
100 g of sweet condensed milk
2 tablespoons cooking cream
1 bag of vanilla whipped cream
Bake for 20 minutes at 150 C, on the lower rack, and for 15 minutes at 100 C
Mold diameter 24 cm or 26
