Teleća jetra nareže se na tanke kriške i ostavi u posudi da odstoji nekoliko sati. Grill tavu dobro zagrijati pa premazati uljem.
Zatim se jetra prže na tavi na laganoj vatri.
Jednom prženo stavite u veliku posudu.
Napravite preliv, pomiješajte u loncu 200 ml vinskog octa sa 200 ml ulja, dodajte sitno nasjeckani peršin i bijeli luk, sve to prokuhajte na ringli i prelijte prženom jetrom.
