Topljeni sir

1 komad sira
1 komad žutog sira
100 g kulena
200 g kečapa
200 g pavlake

U malu zemljanu posudu stavite red kisele pavlake, a zatim kečap i malo origana.
Na to rasporedite nekoliko komada kulena u redu, zatim veće komade sira, takođe u red.
Na kraju stavite deblji sloj ribanog kačkavalja.
Pecite u rerni zagrejanoj na 220 stepeni oko 20 minuta.
Uz ovaj topljeni sir preporučujemo i fornarinki.
Ova doza dovoljna je za tri male zemljane posude.
