Тorta od špinata

3 jaja
1 kašičica soli
300 g očišćenog špinata
50 g tvrdog sira
1 crvena paprika
4 kašike sjemenki bundeve
2 šolje jogurta
1 šolja kisele vode
1 šolja ulja
2 šolje kukuruznog brašna
1 šolja raženog brašna
1 šolja zgnječenih sjemenki bundeve
1 prašak za pecivo

Prvo oprani i nasjeckani špinat prži se na malo ulja i soli i ostavi da se ohladi.
Umutite jaja sa 1 kašičicom soli. Dodajte kiselo mleko, ulje i kiselu vodu. Zatim dodajte naribani sir, špinat, sitno sjeckanu papriku i postepeno dodajte brašno, prethodno pomiješano sa pecivom i sjemenkama bundeve. Sve zajedno pomiješajte i stavite u pleh (ako koristite delimano pleh, papir nije potreban). Po vrhu pospite slani kolač sjemenkama bundeve. Pecite na 200 stepeni oko 25 minuta. Šalica s kojom sam mjerila iznosi 120 mililitara. Ako nemate raženog brašna, možete ga zamijeniti pšeničnim ili kukuruznim.
