Kremasti krompir sa prelivom

Sastojci
1 kg krompira
700 ml vode
200 ml mleka
1 krem ​​supa od gljiva (možda brokula)
100 ml ulja
200 g šnicle, slanine, pršuta, … po vašem izboru
1 luk

Prvo narežite krompir na kockice, dodajte ulje i sol. stavite u posudu da se peče u zagrijanoj rerni 20 minuta. Dok pecate, napravite preliv juhe. U lonac stavite 800 ml vode i 200 ml mlijeka. Dodajte supu od šampinjona i kuhajte 10 minuta.
Nasjeckajte slaninu sa strane (pršut, pečenica …) i pržite luk 3 minute i prelijte polupečenim krompirom. Zatim dodajte supu od gljiva i miješajte drvenom kašikom.
Peći na 200C-35min.
